Jordan Ryan is the founder of Jordan Ryan Law, where he represents developers, property owners, investors, lenders, tenants, and businesses in complex commercial real estate and business transactions.
Jordan brings a business-oriented perspective to transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and corporate matters. Before founding Jordan Ryan Law, he served as chief legal officer for a national industrial and multifamily developer, where he advised on real estate transactions and development from the inside of the business.

He is licensed in Texas and California and is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
